In 1979, Kim Industrie Vernici was founded, specializing in the industrial paint sector. In 1997, the two companies merged to form Franchi&Kim Industrie Vernici S.p.A., and in 2020, they merged with Damiani Industrial Paints, resulting in the creation of Estalia Performance Coatings.
